Welcome to Rue de Nothomb Bakery, where providing quality baked items is my priority. I take pride in using only the finest ingredients and I endeavor to make each item as from-scratch as possible, including home milling the whole wheat and rye flours that I use. To enhance the flavors, doughs are also refrigerated overnight. This allows for sourdough to develop properly and for flavors to infuse into all the cookie dough.

 

Every order is made fresh to order to ensure you receive the freshest possible baked goods, so please allow 2-3 days for delivery or pickup. I will email you after the order is placed.
